County Fair Information

The Clark County Fair will be held on:
August 8 – 13, 2017

ADMISSION FEES (prices subject to change)
Season Pass – $10.00 each
At the Gate:
10 years old and older – $5.00
9 years old and under – Free

GRANDSTAND ADMISSION FEES (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
10 years old and older – $10.00
9 years old and under – Free

WHEN CAN I BRING IN MY EXHIBITS (Junior and FFA):
Dogs and Cats
– Wednesday (prior to shows)
Dairy Cattle – Wednesday (1:00 – 4:00 p.m.) and Thursday (6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Poultry – Wednesday (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
Rabbits – Wednesday (3:00 – 6:00 p.m.) and Thursday (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Goats – Wednesday (1:00 – 6:00 p.m.)
Livestock Sale Animals – must be weighed in on Wednesday between 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (swine, sheep, beef/dairy beef)

WEDNESDAY / 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (entry and judging)
Face to Face (F/F) – as exhibits arrive.  MUST BE IN LINE BY 1:00 P.M. TO BE JUDGED
Conference Judging (CJ) – all entries for same D/C/L judged at one time (will start at 9:30 a.m. with first Class/Lot Number and follow through)

Child Development, Communications, Health & Citizenship, Youth Leadership (F/F) – Dining Hall
Clothing, Knitting & Crocheting, Plants & Flowers (CJ) – Dining Hall
Foods & Nutrition, Food Preservation, Cake Decorating, Candy Making, Woodworking (CJ) – Fine Arts Building
Plant & Soil Science (F/F) – Fine Arts Building

WEDNESDAY / 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. (entry and judging)
Face to Face (F/F) – as exhibits arrive.  MUST BE IN LINE BY 6:00 P.M. TO BE JUDGED
Conference Judging (CJ) – all entries for same D/C/L judged at one time (will start at 9:30 a.m. with first Class/Lot Number and follow through)
Cloverbuds & Explorers (F/F) – Dining Hall
Home Environment (CJ) – Dining Hall
Cultural Arts, Photography (CJ) – Fine Arts Building
Animal & Vet Science, Computers, Electricity, Mechanical Science, Natural Sciences (F/F) – Fine Arts Building

WHEN CAN I BRING IN MY EXHIBITS (OPEN / SENIOR):
All Open / Senior Class NON-ANIMAL exhibits* can be checked in on Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Judging will take place on Friday starting at 9:00 a.m.
*Flowers, Houseplants, and Foods exhibits must be checked in by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday (judging will start at 5:00 p.m.)

Beef can be checked on Thursday
Dairy can be checked in on Friday from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m.
